The difference between features and benefits:
A feature is a part of your product or service, while a benefit is the positive impact it has on your customer.
3. AVOID “YES, YES” PHRASES
When we don’t know what to write we usually write something like: “Great quality”
Try not to use these generic phrases because they leave a negative impression on your customer.
4. USE BULLETS
- Very clear
- Don’t take a lot of time
- It’s simple
- Everyone loves it
- More readable
5. ALWAYS USE SOCIAL PROOF
When people are not sure wheter they should buy something or not they are looking for reasons why they should but it. And social proof/testimonials are the best way to push them for that one final step.
